Compare a booked car with rail
Use the exact pickup address rather than a landmark. Kew Gardens station and Kew Gardens’ Victoria Gate are different places; Kew Bridge station is a separate TW8 location. If leaving from the gardens, specify the actual gate.
- Booked car: travel from your Kew address to the Gatwick terminal you specify.
- Rail via Clapham Junction: Southern connects Clapham Junction with Gatwick Airport. Plan your local Kew leg, changes, fares and times separately.
- Gatwick Airport railway station is at South Terminal. For North Terminal, use the free inter-terminal shuttle.

What luggage details should I provide?

An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV is an option for a larger party. Discuss group, pushchair or equipment needs with the office so it can confirm a suitable arrangement.
When is my booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
Can I arrange help or a child seat?
Yes. Tell the office what help or seat you need when arranging your journey. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; an additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed.
You can bring your own suitable child seat or ask KB to arrange one; availability and suitability must be confirmed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so a folding chair travels as luggage where suitable.
