ARRIVING AT GATWICK
Agree the collection plan with our office before you travel.
Your flight number and terminal help the office plan your collection. Give a contact number you can use on arrival so you can get in touch if plans change. KB Cars is registered with the ICO. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
KB normally parks in Short Stay and meets passengers inside arrivals. A name board can be provided; agree the meeting details with the office. Gatwick's express pickup is a separate airport option where the driver stays with the vehicle. Ask the office about parking and waiting charges when arranging your journey.
Your onward journey can be to a home, hotel, office or named building. Give the exact address and entrance rather than a nearby station used in a public-transport comparison.
Considering the train from Gatwick? Gatwick railway station is at South Terminal; from North Terminal, use the free inter-terminal shuttle. Southern serves Clapham Junction and Victoria, Gatwick Express serves Victoria, and Thameslink serves London Bridge, Blackfriars and St Pancras International. You will still need to plan the interchange and onward journey to your Roehampton address.

THE LOCAL DETAIL
Roehampton and Putney are useful planning labels, but they do not identify the same destination. Give the address and postcode of the place you are visiting, not simply a nearby station.
Erasmus House, Roehampton Lane, London, SW15 5PU is one specific University of Roehampton building. If you are going to a different building, give its details instead. Barnes station, Station Road, Barnes, Greater London, SW13 0HT is a neighbouring station outside SW15, not a default Roehampton destination.

Yes. Book your home, hotel or other actual destination with its full address and postcode. Include the entrance and any additional stops; a station mentioned in a public-transport comparison is not your default destination.
Give the passenger count together with the number and sizes of your suitcases and cabin bags. Mention pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or other large or unusual items so the office can help choose a vehicle for the complete party and load.
An estate is an option for more luggage, while an MPV can accommodate a larger party. Discuss both passengers and bags before choosing; larger group and luxury vehicles are available by enquiry.
KB normally parks in Short Stay and meets passengers inside arrivals. You can request a name board and agree the practical meeting point with the office. If you and the driver cannot find each other, contact the office for help.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; if you need an escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost separately.
KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. A folding wheelchair may travel as luggage where suitable; discuss boarding and the rest of your luggage with the office.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation. To change your journey, contact the office and agree any revised arrangements and charge; a change is not accepted until the office confirms it.
