Yes. Your private-hire pickup is from the address you book, not automatically from a station. Give the full address and postcode, entrance and any additional stops.
What luggage details should I provide?
Tell us the passenger count and the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags, along with any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual items. The vehicle must suit the people and luggage together, not just the number of seats.
An estate offers more luggage space; an MPV is an option for a larger party. For a larger group or a particular vehicle request, discuss the arrangement with the office.
When is my booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
Can I arrange help with bags or getting to the car?
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; if you need an escort inside a building, discuss the arrangement and any cost separately.
