Returns, stops and group plans
Ask about extra stops, a return or a larger vehicle. If you have extra luggage, discuss an estate with the office. Six-passenger vehicles are offered around the clock; ask about seven- or eight-plus passenger vehicles. Passenger numbers and luggage need to be considered together, and larger vehicles are subject to office agreement.

Give the full collection and destination addresses, date and time, passenger count and luggage, including bag counts and sizes and any pushchair or bulky item. At a site with more than one access, include the building, entrance or meeting point. Name a nearby destination directly rather than assuming it is in Roehampton.
Putney station is a nearby option at High Street, Putney, Greater London, SW15 1RT. Tell the office your preferred meeting point and any walking or access needs so the collection can be planned around the passenger.
For Putney Arts Theatre, the venue address is Ravenna Road, Putney, SW15 6AW. Give the booked venue, entrance and expected finish time when arranging an outward journey or return.
If a proposed collection point cannot be used safely or lawfully, the office and passenger can agree a practical alternative. Tell us if walking to a different point would be difficult.

Can I ask about a short-notice Roehampton journey?
Yes. Short-notice enquiries are welcome, subject to availability. Contact the office with your pickup, destination, time, passenger numbers and any particular requirements so we can assess the journey.
Which station details should I include?
Name the station and your preferred entrance or meeting point, along with your train details. If walking or platform access matters, tell the office what works for the passenger so you can agree a practical collection or drop-off.
What if I do not know when an appointment or visit will finish?
You can book when ready, reserve a driver to wait under agreed chargeable terms, or arrange a separate approximate return. Booking when ready is subject to availability, not immediate collection. A separate return does not automatically retain the outward driver or vehicle; contact the office if delayed, as waiting or changes can affect the cost.
Can you plan around access needs, children or pets?
Yes. Tell the office about walking tolerance, entry needs, a carer or other assistance so a suitable arrangement can be considered. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged free in advance. Required disability assistance is not dependent on advance notice; an optional escort inside a building is assessed separately and any charge agreed.
You can bring a suitable child seat or ask KB to arrange one, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the relevant child and seat details. Disclose ordinary pets so a suitable vehicle and driver can be arranged; extra charges may apply. Assistance dogs are subject to separate duties. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding chair may travel as luggage where suitable.
