Putney Rail Station and East Putney Underground are different starting points in SW15. Neither is the same as a pickup from your Roehampton address.

Which car should I book for several suitcases?
Choose the vehicle for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell us the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or unusual items, so the office can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Can I request a child seat for the airport journey?
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB Cars to arrange one when pre-booking, subject to availability and suitability. Options include a rear-facing baby seat, child seat and booster seat. Give us the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat requirements, and agree the arrangement and cost before travel. Include the seat and any pushchair when discussing space.
What if I need to cancel my transfer?
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge may apply, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived at the pickup. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Which terminal should I put on the booking?
Use the terminal shown for your individual flight by your airline. Heathrow passenger flights use Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5; your return flight may use a different terminal.
Is pickup from my home or a station?
Your transfer is arranged from your booked address. Putney Rail Station and East Putney Underground are alternative public-transport starting points, not the default private-hire pickup.
Can I arrange help with luggage or mobility?
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; an escort inside a building is discussed separately, including any cost. KB Cars does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so a folding chair would travel as luggage where suitable. Heathrow asks passengers to arrange airport assistance through their airline or agent at least 48 hours before flying.
