QUOTING YOUR JOURNEY
Your fare is quoted for your journey, including the destination, travel date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Tell us your flight and terminal, passenger numbers and luggage when you enquire. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Heathrow parking is separate from the fare, at the airport’s own price. Pay at the terminal pay station on the way out, or repay the driver if they pay it for you. Parking is only rarely added to a card payment. Waiting is chargeable under the applicable terms; ask the office about these when booking.
ARRIVAL PLAN
We’ll help arrange the meeting and the onward journey to your exact destination.
Give us your flight number and terminal. The office checks the flight before dispatch and your driver tracks it afterwards. Request an inside-arrivals name board, or agree another meeting place with us before or around arrival; indoor landmarks vary by terminal.
The driver normally enters the terminal and parks 20 minutes after your flight lands. If you want a later entry, arrange it before pickup. If immigration, baggage or a runway hold delays you, tell the office or driver so entry can be delayed to help limit parking costs. The driver is still waiting outside, so waiting terms may apply.

Ask for meet and greet inside arrivals when booking; there is no extra service charge for it, though airport parking is separate. You can request a name board. Otherwise, the office will advise and arrange a meeting place with you before or around arrival.
Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell the office the number and size of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs or unusual items, so we can agree a suitable vehicle.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Tell the office the child’s age, relevant height and weight and the seat required; include the seat and any pushchair in your luggage plans and agree the arrangement before travel.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. A charge may apply after dispatch or for late notice. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver as soon as you know. The driver can delay terminal entry to help limit parking costs, but waiting outside is still waiting and is not unlimited free waiting. Agree the applicable waiting terms when booking.
Yes. We can arrange the transfer to your home, hotel or another named destination. Give the full address, postcode and any entrance or access details, and include any additional stops in your enquiry.
Contact the office with your new flight details: your existing booking can move to the new flight without a change charge. If the airport changes, the office must accept the revised journey and may provide a revised quote.
Yes. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver and vehicle. If you need an escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost separately.
