Heathrow parking is separate from the transfer fare and charged at the airport’s own price. Pay at the terminal pay station on the way out, or repay the driver if they have paid it. Waiting is chargeable under the applicable terms; agree these when booking.

Give us your flight number and terminal. The office checks the flight before dispatch, and your driver tracks it once assigned. Request a meeting inside arrivals or a name board if useful; otherwise the pickup place is arranged before or around arrival. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
By default the driver parks and enters the terminal 20 minutes after landing. If you prefer a later entry, arrange it before pickup. If immigration, baggage or a runway hold delays you, tell the office or driver so entry can be delayed to help keep parking costs down. Waiting outside is still waiting.
We can take you to your Hampton Wick home, hotel or meeting address. Include any extra stops and practical access needs when arranging the journey.

ARRIVING IN HAMPTON WICK
Give the full destination address, postcode and entrance details, rather than just a place name. This helps the driver plan the final approach with your luggage. Hampton Wick station and Kingston station are different places, even though both have KT1 addresses.

Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell the office the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or unusual items, so it can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one when booking, subject to availability and suitability. Give the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat requirements, and allow space for the seat and any pushchair. Confirm the arrangement and charge before travel.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. A charge applies after dispatch, with the full fare payable once the driver has arrived at the pickup. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver if you are delayed. The driver can enter the terminal later to help limit parking costs, but waiting outside is still waiting. Waiting is chargeable under the applicable terms; agree these when booking.
Yes. Give the full destination address, postcode and any entrance or access details when requesting your quote. Include any additional stops so the office can quote for the journey you need.
Your booking can move to your new flight without a change charge. Contact the office with the new flight details; if the airport or journey changes, the office must accept the revised arrangements and quote any difference.
Yes. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately and any charge agreed in advance. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
