Ask for an estate for extra luggage, an executive vehicle for premium travel or a six-passenger vehicle for a group. Seven- or eight-plus travel and chauffeur arrangements can be agreed with the office. Tell us the passenger count alongside the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or bulky items, so we can discuss a suitable vehicle.

Hampton Wick station is on High Street, Hampton Wick, KT1 4DQ. If you are travelling via Kingston instead, Kingston station is on Wood Street, Kingston, KT1 1UJ. Give the office the station name and your intended entrance or meeting point.

For Rose Theatre, the visitor address is 24–26 High Street, Kingston KT1 1HL. If you are leaving after a performance, agree where your group will meet and plan how bags will travel, especially if you are connecting with a station or airport. The address identifies the venue, not a permitted stopping point.

You can contact KB when ready for a separate pickup, reserve the driver to wait under agreed chargeable waiting terms, or book an approximate return. A car booked when you are ready is subject to availability and is not guaranteed immediately. A separate return does not retain the outward car automatically; if you are delayed, contact the office, as waiting or accepted changes can affect the cost.

Can I enquire at short notice?

Yes, short-notice enquiries are welcome. Share your collection, destination and timing as soon as you can; the office will confirm availability and the practical arrangement before accepting the journey.
