Heathrow parking is separate from the fare and charged at the airport’s rate. Pay at the terminal pay station on the way out, or repay the driver if they pay for you. Waiting may also be chargeable; agree the terms when booking.
An enquiry, quote or payment attempt alone is not a confirmed booking. KB Cars confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
ARRIVAL PLAN
We will help arrange a meeting that works for your arrival and onward journey.
Share your flight number and terminal. Our office checks the flight before dispatch, and your driver tracks it after the job is assigned. We will advise on the meeting option and stay in touch before and around arrival. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Normally the driver parks and enters the terminal 20 minutes after landing. You can arrange later entry before pickup. If immigration, baggage or a runway delay holds you up, tell the office or driver so entry can be delayed to help limit parking costs.
Consider passengers and luggage together. Tell us about large and cabin cases, pushchairs or other equipment so the office can help arrange a suitable vehicle.

Meet and greet inside arrivals is available on request at no extra service charge; airport parking is payable separately. Otherwise, we arrange a pickup place before or just after your flight arrives. Give the office your flight number and terminal so we can advise and stay in touch.
Choose for passengers and bags together. An estate offers a different luggage arrangement from a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell us the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair or unusual items, so the office can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB Cars to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat needs; confirm the arrangement and any charge before travel. Include the seat and any pushchair in the space needed for your party.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver if you are delayed, so the driver can enter the terminal later and help limit parking costs. Waiting outside is still waiting, so later entry does not mean unlimited free waiting; agree the waiting terms when booking.
Yes. Give us the full destination address, postcode and any entrance or access details when requesting your quote. Include any additional stops in the journey details.
Your booking can move to the new flight free of charge. Contact the office with the new flight details and ask it to confirm the change. If the change also means a different airport or destination, the office must agree the revised journey and quote any change in fare.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. KB Cars does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding chair may travel as luggage where suitable. If you need an escort inside a building, discuss the task and any charge separately.
