Help getting to the car
Tell the office what help you need. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Assistance at Heathrow
If you need airport assistance, Heathrow asks you to arrange it through your airline or agent at least 48 hours before flying. Tell our office about your transport needs separately.

Which car should I book for several suitcases?
Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell the office how many large cases and cabin bags you have, along with any pushchair or unusual equipment, so it can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Can I request a child seat for the airport journey?
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to supply one when pre-booking, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the child's age and relevant height, weight and seat requirements; agree the arrangement and any charge before travel. Include the seat and any pushchair in your luggage needs.
What if I need to cancel my transfer?
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived at the pickup. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Which terminal should I put on the booking?
Use the terminal shown by your airline for your individual flight. Heathrow passenger flights use Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5; your return flight may use a different terminal.
Is pickup from my home or a station?
Your transfer starts at the address you book, whether that is your home or another agreed pickup. Kew Gardens station and Kew Gardens' visitor gates are different places, so name the exact location if you are not leaving from home.
