Heathrow parking is separate from the fare and charged at the airport’s own rate. Pay at the terminal car-park pay station when leaving, or repay the driver if they pay it. It is only rarely added to a card payment. Waiting is chargeable under the applicable terms; agree these when booking.

Give us your flight number and terminal (2, 3, 4 or 5). The office checks your flight’s arrival before dispatch, and your driver tracks it after assignment. Request a meet and greet inside arrivals at no extra service charge, including a name board if you wish, or arrange another pickup place. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Normally the driver parks and enters the terminal 20 minutes after landing. If you need a later entry, arrange it before pickup. Tell the office or driver if the aircraft, immigration or baggage holds you up; later entry helps limit parking costs, but time spent waiting outside is still waiting.
We can take you to your home, hotel or another address. Include the full postcode and any building or entrance instructions so the final approach is clear.

Alternatively, agree another pickup place before or around your arrival. If you and your driver cannot find each other, contact the office for help.
Choose for passengers and bags together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell the office the number and size of large cases and cabin bags, and mention pushchairs or unusual items so it can confirm the vehicle arrangement.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB Cars to supply one when pre-booking, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat requirements, and agree the arrangement and cost before travel. Allow space for the seat and any pushchair.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. A charge may apply after dispatch or for late notice. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver if you are delayed, including if your aircraft is held on the runway. The driver can enter later to help limit parking costs, but waiting outside is still waiting and chargeable waiting terms apply. Agree those terms when booking.
Yes. Your transfer can finish at your home, hotel or another Mitcham destination. Give the full address, postcode and any entrance or access details for the quote, and include any additional stops.
Contact the office with your new flight details. A cancelled or diverted flight can move to the new flight on the same booking without a change charge. If the new flight changes the airport or journey, the office must agree the change and the fare will reflect the revised journey.
Your booking is confirmed when KB Cars sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation.
