Mitcham Eastfields station is on Eastfields Road, CR4 2LS; Mitcham Junction is on Carshalton Road, CR4 4HN. They are different starting points, so consider which is practical from your address and check public transport connections for your terminal and travel date.
A home pickup avoids the separate trip to the station and carrying your luggage through any interchange. Consider the whole journey to your terminal when comparing the options.

Which car should I book for several suitcases?
Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers a different luggage arrangement from a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell the office the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair or unusual items, so it can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Can I request a child seat for the airport journey?
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Options include a rear-facing baby seat for birth to 12 months, a child seat for 9 months to 4 years, or a booster for 4 to 12 years.
Give the office the child's age and relevant height, weight and seat requirements, and include the seat and any pushchair in your luggage needs. Agree the arrangement and any charge before travel.
What if I need to cancel my transfer?
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. A charge may apply after dispatch; once the driver has arrived at the pickup, it can be up to the full fare. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Which terminal should I put on the booking?
Use the terminal shown by your airline for your individual flight. Heathrow passenger flights use Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5; your return flight may use a different terminal.
Is pickup from my home or a station?
Your private hire starts at the address you book, including your home if that is your chosen pickup. The local stations mentioned above are public transport alternatives, not the default pickup point.
Can I arrange help with luggage or mobility?
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; an additional escort inside a building is assessed separately and any cost agreed.
KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so a folding chair would travel as luggage where suitable rather than with the passenger seated in it. For assistance at Heathrow, arrange it through your airline or agent at least 48 hours before flying.
