Heathrow parking is separate from the fare, at the airport’s own price. Pay at the terminal car-park pay station on the way out, or repay your driver if they pay on your behalf. Waiting is chargeable under the applicable terms; ask the office about these when booking.
ARRIVAL PLAN
From your flight to your meeting point, the office can help you plan a smooth onward journey.
Give us your flight number and terminal. The office checks the flight before dispatch, and your driver tracks it once the job is assigned. Heathrow has passenger terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5; use the terminal finder below if needed. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
If immigration, baggage collection or a runway hold delays you, tell the office or your driver. The driver can enter the terminal later to help keep parking costs down. Waiting outside is still waiting, so agree the applicable terms when booking.
The usual plan is for the driver to park and enter the terminal 20 minutes after landing. If you would prefer a later entry, arrange it before pickup; for example, you can ask for an hour after landing. This is a planning aim, not a guarantee that you will be ready or met at that time.

Otherwise, the office will advise on a meeting option and arrange the pickup place with you before or around arrival. If you cannot find each other, contact the office for help.
Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell the office the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or unusual items, so the arrangement can be confirmed.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB Cars to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the child’s age, relevant height and weight and seat needs, and confirm the arrangement and cost before travel. Include the seat and any pushchair in your luggage requirements.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver as soon as you know you are delayed. They can arrange later terminal entry to help limit parking costs. The driver is still waiting outside, so this does not mean unlimited free waiting; agree the applicable waiting terms when booking.
Yes. Give the full Norbiton destination address, postcode and any entrance or access details when requesting your quote. Include additional stops in the journey details.
Contact the office with your new flight details: your booking can move to the new flight without a charge for the flight change. If the new journey involves a different airport or destination, the office must agree the change and any revised fare.
