Which car should I book for several suitcases?
Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space to consider than a saloon; an MPV offers more passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell the office about large cases, cabin bags, pushchairs and unusual items so it can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Can I request a child seat for the airport journey?
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Ask the office about the charge, and give the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat requirements so you can agree the arrangement before travel. Include the seat and any pushchair in your luggage requirements.
What if I need to cancel my transfer?
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived at the pickup. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Which terminal should I put on the booking?
Use the terminal shown by your airline for your individual flight. Heathrow passenger flights use Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5; your return flight may use a different terminal.
Is pickup from my home or a station?
Pickup is from your booked address, including your Norbiton home. The station mentioned in the public transport comparison is an alternative starting point, not the default private-hire pickup.
Can I get help with bags or a folding wheelchair?
Yes. KB can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Tell the office about your needs when booking so it can arrange suitable help and check space alongside your passengers and luggage. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles for travel seated in a wheelchair.
