Normally the driver enters the terminal and parks 20 minutes after landing. If you would prefer a later entry, arrange it before pickup. If immigration, baggage or a runway hold delays you, tell the office or driver so entry can be delayed to help keep parking costs down. Waiting outside is still waiting, so agree the applicable terms when booking.
We can take you to a home, hotel or station in Strawberry Hill. Give the office the full destination and any entrance or access details, along with any additional stops.

Tell the office the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or unusual items, so it can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Options include a rear-facing baby seat, child seat or booster. Give the office the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat needs; include the seat and any pushchair in your space requirements. Agree the arrangement and any charge before travel.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver if you are delayed, so the driver can enter the terminal later and help limit parking costs. Time spent waiting outside is still waiting, not unlimited free waiting; agree the applicable terms when booking.
Yes. Give the full destination address, postcode and any entrance or access details when requesting your quote. Tell the office about any additional stops too.
Contact the office with the new flight details. Your booking can move to the new flight without a change charge. If the new journey involves a different airport or destination, agree the change with the office; a revised quote may be needed.
