Heathrow recommends arriving three hours before international flights and two hours before domestic or European flights. Check your airline’s instructions, then tell us your flight time and airport-arrival target so you can agree a pickup time.
Choose your flight’s terminal
Heathrow passenger flights use Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5. Use the terminal shown for your particular flight and the terminal finder if needed. If it changes, contact the office to request an update and agree the revised journey.

Bus to Terminals 4 and 5
Route 490 connects Richmond and Twickenham with Heathrow Terminals 4 and 5 via Feltham and Hatton Cross. Check the appropriate stop, direction and departure for your journey; it does not serve every Strawberry Hill address.
Door-to-terminal private hire

Vehicle choice, booking and practical arrangements for your departure.
Which car should I book for several suitcases?
Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space.
Tell the office the number and sizes of your large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folded wheelchair or unusual item. We can discuss a suitable arrangement for the combined load.
Can I request a child seat for the airport journey?
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB Cars to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat requirements, and agree the arrangement and price before travel.
Include the seat and any pushchair when discussing space for your party.
What if I need to cancel my transfer?
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived at the pickup. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Which terminal should I put on the booking?
Use the terminal shown by your airline for your individual flight. Heathrow passenger flights use Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5; your return flight may use a different terminal.
Is pickup from my home or a station?
Pickup is from your booked address, including your home if that is what you arrange. A local station is an alternative origin, not the default private-hire pickup point.
Can I arrange help with luggage or getting to the car?
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so a suitable arrangement can be made. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. A folding wheelchair travels as luggage where suitable; KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
If you need an escort inside a building, discuss the task and any charge with the office. For assistance at Heathrow, the airport asks passengers to arrange this through their airline or agent at least 48 hours before flying.
When is my transfer booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation. If your plans change, the booker or authorised contact can request a change through the office. Agree any revised charge; a request or acknowledgement of receipt is not confirmation that the change has been accepted.
