Your quote is based on the destination, travel date and time, vehicle and agreed extras. The fare covers the arranged transfer; Heathrow parking is separate and charged at the airport’s own price.
ARRIVING AT HEATHROW
Our office checks your flight against its actual arrival before dispatch; your driver tracks it once the job is assigned.
Give us your flight number and terminal so we can advise on the meeting option. Request meet and greet inside arrivals, with a name board if needed, or arrange another pickup place before or around arrival. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
By default, the driver enters the terminal and parks 20 minutes after landing. If you prefer later entry, arrange it before pickup. If immigration, baggage or a runway hold delays you, tell the office or driver promptly so entry can be delayed to help limit parking costs.
Tell us the full home, hotel or named station address, postcode and any entrance or access details. Include any additional stops in your enquiry.

Waterloo, Southwark and London Bridge are separate interchanges, not interchangeable destinations. If you are travelling to a station, name the station and the entrance you need; for a home or hotel, give the full address and any access instructions.

Otherwise, the office will arrange a pickup place with you before or around arrival and can help if you and the driver cannot find each other.
Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell the office about large cases, cabin bags, pushchairs and unusual items so it can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Options include a rear-facing baby seat, child seat or booster; give the office the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat requirements so the arrangement and any charge can be agreed before travel. Include the seat and any pushchair in your space requirements.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. A charge may apply after dispatch, so contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver promptly so the driver can delay terminal entry and help limit parking costs. Waiting outside is still waiting; later entry does not mean unlimited free waiting. Agree the applicable waiting terms when booking.
Yes. Your transfer can finish at your home, hotel or a named station. Give the full address, postcode and any entrance or access details, and include additional stops in your journey details.
The booking can move to your new flight without a charge for the flight change. Contact the office with the new details to agree the change. If it means a different airport or journey, the office must also agree the revised arrangements and quote where appropriate.
