Heathrow passenger terminals are 2, 3, 4 and 5. Give us the terminal for your particular flight and its flight number; different terminals have different approaches. KB Cars has operated since 2008. In our reviewed records, 890 of 1,767 completed Heathrow drop-off journeys were scheduled for collection between 04:00 and 07:59—about half. These records cover 15 August 2024 to 14 August 2026 across our measured Heathrow work. They show experience arranging early airport journeys, not an on-time performance score.

Which car should I book for several suitcases?
Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV provides more passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell us the number and size of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair or unusual items, so the office can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Can I request a child seat for the airport journey?
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Options include a rear-facing baby seat, a child seat or a booster; tell the office the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat needs so the arrangement and any charge can be agreed before travel.
Include the seat and any pushchair when considering space for your party and luggage.
What if I need to cancel my transfer?
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge may apply, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived at the pickup. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Which terminal should I put on the booking?
Use the terminal your airline shows for your individual flight. Heathrow passenger flights use Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5; your return flight may use a different terminal.
Is pickup from my home or a station?
Pickup is from the address you book. A station is an alternative starting point if you choose it, not the default for a private hire departure.
Can I arrange help with luggage or airport assistance?
Yes. Tell the office what help you need: guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. Discuss any additional escort inside a building separately, including any agreed cost.
KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding wheelchair may travel as luggage where suitable. Heathrow asks passengers to arrange airport assistance through their airline or agent at least 48 hours before flying.
When is my booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation of a car.
