Booked car or rail to Luton Airport?
A pre-booked car collects you from your chosen Kew address for the journey to Luton Airport, without a separate trip to a station. Ask KB Cars for a quote for your party and luggage.
By rail, Thameslink and East Midlands Railway serve Luton Airport Parkway from London stations including St Pancras. Parkway is separate from the terminal: take the DART for the airport connection. For a combined rail-and-DART ticket, select Luton Airport (LUA), not Parkway alone.
Plan the connection from Kew and the mainline services for your travel date, as well as the DART. Rail and DART prices are separate from a KB Cars private-hire quote.

Is the pickup from my address?
Yes. Your pre-booked private hire pickup is from the address you give us, rather than a station by default. Include the full address and postcode, the entrance and any additional stops.
What luggage details should I provide?
Give the passenger count and the number and size of your cases and cabin bags, including any large or unusual items. The vehicle needs to suit the whole party and its luggage together, not just the number of seats.
Can I arrange a child seat?
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB Cars to arrange one in advance. Tell the office the child’s age, relevant height, weight and seat needs so it can confirm suitability, availability and the cost.
Can I get help with luggage or a folding wheelchair?
Yes. Tell the office what help you need: guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. KB Cars does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so discuss boarding and the space needed for the chair and other luggage.
