Follow airport signs rather than old satnav directions. If you and your driver cannot find each other, contact our office for help.
Your private hire takes you to the address you book, whether a home, hotel, office or visitor entrance. Give the full address and postcode so the office can distinguish it from other Kew destinations.
The public transport alternative Take the DART from the terminal to Luton Airport Parkway, then consider Thameslink or East Midlands Railway to St Pancras. When buying a combined rail-and-DART ticket, select Luton Airport (LUA), not Parkway alone. Plan the onward London-to-Kew leg, including changes and luggage, for your travel date; mainline services do not run every hour.

Kew Gardens rail and Underground stations share Station Approach, Richmond, TW9 3BZ. Kew Gardens’ Victoria Gate is a separate visitor entrance at TW9 3JR; Kew Bridge station is a different destination at TW8 9QS.
Give the actual home, hotel, office or visitor entrance and its postcode, rather than simply “Kew”. A station mentioned in the public transport comparison is not automatically your private-hire destination.

Yes. Book your private hire to your chosen home, hotel, office or visitor entrance in Kew. Provide the full address and postcode, the entrance if relevant, and any additional stops.
