Waterloo Rail Station, Southwark Underground and London Bridge Underground are separate destinations. If you are travelling to a station, name the one you booked; for a home, hotel or office, give the full address, postcode and entrance.
For a public-transport alternative, Stansted Express links the airport with London Liverpool Street, where there are Underground and Elizabeth line connections. Tottenham Hale connects with the Victoria line; the operator’s Stratford option requires a change there. Consider the onward connections, walking and luggage needed to reach your actual SE1 address.

Yes. Book your transfer to your home, hotel or office rather than a station. Give us the full address and postcode, the entrance and any additional stops.
Tell us the passenger count and the number and sizes of your suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual items. The vehicle needs to suit the whole party and its luggage together, not just the number of seats.
An estate offers more luggage space, while an MPV is an option for a larger party. For a Mini Van or luxury vehicle, discuss your requirements with the office.
Waiting may be chargeable. Discuss your arrival and meeting arrangements with the office, including any parking costs and the waiting terms that apply to your booking. Contact us if your plans change.
