Airport tariffs are separate from the KB Cars fare. Ask what airport drop-off and other relevant charges are included in your quote.

Agree a pickup that gives you time to reach the airport and a vehicle that suits everyone travelling.
Give your home, hotel or other Waterloo / South Bank address and postcode, with the entrance and any access instructions. Waterloo, Southwark and London Bridge are different pickup points, not interchangeable station names.
Share your travel date, flight number and the time you want to reach Stansted Airport. Use your airline's recommended arrival time when discussing pickup; conditions can change on the day. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Tell us the full passenger count and the number and size of bags, including cases, pushchairs or unusual equipment. The combined load helps the office arrange a suitable vehicle.
Stansted Airport drop-off Specify Stansted Airport, not Stansted Mountfitchet, as your destination. Express Set Down is for drop-offs only, and vehicles must not be left unattended there.

ANOTHER WAY TO TRAVEL
A pre-booked KB Cars journey starts at the Waterloo / South Bank address you give us and takes you to Stansted Airport, without a separate trip to a rail interchange.
For rail, plan your journey from your address to London Liverpool Street or Tottenham Hale. Stansted Express links Liverpool Street with Stansted Airport, and Tottenham Hale connects the service with the Victoria line. From Stratford, change at Tottenham Hale rather than expecting a direct Stansted Express train. Check services for your travel date, first and last trains, station access and how you will manage your luggage.

Yes. Your pre-booked journey starts at the address you give us, whether that is your home, hotel or another location. Include the postcode, entrance and any additional stops; stations in the rail comparison are alternatives, not the default private hire pickup.
Choose for the whole party and its bags together, not just the number of seats. A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load; an estate offers more luggage space, while an MPV is an option for a larger party.
Tell the office the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair or unusual equipment. Mini Van and Luxury options are available by enquiry; the office can discuss a suitable arrangement.
Your booking is confirmed when KB Cars sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
