One-way in either direction
Travel from a London address to Birmingham, or from Birmingham to a London address. Give us both endpoints and your preferred timing so we can quote for the actual journey.
LONG-DISTANCE TRAVEL
Pre-book private hire between London and your exact Birmingham address. Our 24-hour office can quote for your journey and help plan stops, luggage and a return.
DOOR-TO-DOOR TRAVEL
KB Cars arranges pre-booked journeys to or from Birmingham with a London pickup or drop-off, whether you are travelling to a home, hotel, workplace, campus or venue. You can book a return to London even if you did not travel out with us. Short-notice enquiries are welcome, subject to availability.
Our office can agree the vehicle, extra addresses and comfort stops around your plans. Choose a saloon for ordinary travel, discuss an estate for extra luggage, or ask about an executive car. Six-passenger vehicles are offered around the clock; enquire about seven or more passengers. We consider passengers and luggage together when confirming a suitable vehicle.
JOURNEY CHOICES
Whether you have a fixed finish time or a flexible day, the office can help you compare the arrangements.
Travel from a London address to Birmingham, or from Birmingham to a London address. Give us both endpoints and your preferred timing so we can quote for the actual journey.
Reserve a driver to wait and return with you, with chargeable waiting under the agreed terms, or arrange a separate approximate return. If plans change, contact the office; waiting or changes can affect the cost. A separate booking does not retain the outward driver or guarantee the same vehicle.
If you do not know when you will finish, contact us when ready and the office can arrange a car subject to availability; immediate collection is not guaranteed. You can also agree extra addresses or comfort stops in advance.
Connecting with rail, coach or air? A car can be arranged for the London–Birmingham journey, or you can discuss an onward leg as part of a wider trip. Tell the office which station, coach point or airport you are using and the arrival or departure time.
PLAN THE ENDPOINT
Birmingham city centre, the airport and exhibition destinations are not interchangeable endpoints. Give the full address, building or venue name and postcode, and specify the entrance or arrival point for a hotel, workplace, campus or event. Let the office know about access information that affects where you can meet.
For a connection, name the station, coach point or airport separately from your final address and say whether you need an onward leg. Include the relevant arrival time and any return or collection deadline. If the proposed point cannot be used safely or lawfully, the office can agree a practical alternative with you.
GOOD TO KNOW
Prices, changes and practical needs for your long-distance journey.
The quote is based on your actual addresses, direction, date and time, vehicle and agreed extras; there is no single fare for every Birmingham address. Waiting, parking, tolls and access costs are discussed separately where applicable before acceptance. Prepayment may be requested for a collection outside London or a special arrangement.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
The booker or an authorised contact should ask the office to agree the new time, address, stop, passengers or vehicle. A request or acknowledgment of receipt is not acceptance: the revised journey and any charge must be agreed and the accepted change confirmed. If time is short and your message has not been acknowledged, call the office.
Yes. Tell the office about walking, entry and boarding needs so we can arrange suitable help. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are free when arranged in advance. If an escort inside a building is needed, we can assess that separate task and agree any cost; required disability assistance is not subject to a prohibited surcharge.
KB does not have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. A folding wheelchair may travel as luggage in a suitable vehicle, but please discuss boarding needs, other bags and any accompanying carer with the office.
Yes. Bring your own suitable child seat or ask the office to arrange one. Give the relevant child and seat details so availability and suitability can be confirmed in advance; ask the office about the applicable charge.
Tell us about any pet so we can discuss a suitable vehicle and driver. Animals in carriers usually have no extra charge but still need to be declared; other pet charges may apply. Assistance dogs are handled under separate applicable duties.
PLAN YOUR JOURNEY
Share your addresses, date and time, passenger count, suitcase and cabin-bag counts and sizes, and any bulky items. Tell us about stops, a return or assistance needs too. Our 24-hour office will help agree the arrangement; no app installation is needed.
