A separate return does not automatically retain the same vehicle; a car requested when you are ready is subject to availability and may not be immediate.

Make room for passengers and bags

Tell us about passenger numbers, luggage and any extra stops or assistance needs. Ask about an estate for extra luggage, a six-passenger vehicle, or a larger vehicle; the office will assess the combined load and availability.

Comparing rail or coach? Temple Meads is in Redcliffe, east of the centre; Bristol bus and coach station is in a different location north of the centre. Compare the onward walk or local connection with a journey to your actual Bristol address.

Make pickup and arrival work

Share your full London and Bristol addresses, date, preferred departure and the time you need to arrive. For a station, hotel, campus or venue, include the building and relevant entrance or meeting point. Tell the office if limited walking makes a proposed meeting point difficult so a workable alternative can be discussed.

The quote reflects your addresses, direction, date and time, vehicle and agreed extras. Prepayment may be requested for a collection outside London. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a booking: KB sends booking confirmation by SMS and/or email. No app installation is required to contact the office.

Can I book a Bristol return without an earlier KB journey?

Yes. You can book a journey from Bristol to London without having travelled outward with KB. Tell the office the journey you need so it can assess the arrangement and availability.

What if my Bristol plans change?

The booker or authorised contact should ask the office to change the time, address, stops, passengers or vehicle need. Acknowledgment of your message is not acceptance: wait for confirmation that the change has been accepted. A revised quote may be needed. For a time-critical change, call the office if your message has not been acknowledged.

Can someone with limited walking ask for help?

Yes. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. Tell the office about walking, entry or seating needs, bags and any accompanying carer so it can plan suitable help and a workable meeting point.

An optional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any charge agreed in advance. This is not a promise of weight-bearing lifting or clinical care, and KB does not currently have vehicles for travel seated in a wheelchair.

What luggage and vehicle details should I give?

Give the passenger count and the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs, folded wheelchairs or unusual items. An accompanying carer occupies a seat. Passenger layout and the combined load matter together, so the office confirms a suitable arrangement; a body style or vehicle category alone is not a luggage guarantee.
