Tell us about extra addresses and comfort stops, passenger numbers, suitcase and cabin-bag counts and sizes, folding equipment, and any walking or entry needs. Ask about an estate for extra luggage or a six-passenger vehicle for a group; passengers and luggage must be considered together. For seven or more passengers, enquire with the office. You can bring your own suitable child seat or ask us to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability.

For a station collection, the office agrees a lawful, workable meeting point. The station address does not promise a particular pickup bay, rank access or railway assistance. Share your pickup and destination addresses, date and time, passenger and luggage details, and any stops, assistance or return needs. Collections starting outside London may require prepayment.

Can I book an Oxford-to-London return only?
Yes. You do not need to have booked your outward journey with KB. Give the office your fixed collection time or approximate finish so it can discuss a planned return or a separate later booking.
What if my Oxford appointment finishes later than expected?
Contact the office to discuss your options. You can agree chargeable waiting, arrange an approximate separate return or ask for a car when you are ready, subject to availability. A separate return does not automatically retain the same vehicle; if you are delayed, applicable waiting or changes can affect the cost.
If your plan changes, the booker or authorised contact should request the change and obtain confirmation that it has been accepted, including any revised charge. For a time-critical change, call the office if your message has not been acknowledged.
Can I add stops or a comfort break?
Yes. Tell the office about extra addresses and comfort breaks when you enquire. Long duties may also need agreed driver breaks, a replacement driver or an overnight arrangement. If you want to add a stop after booking, request it through the office and wait for acceptance and any revised quote.
