Travel one way, arrange a separate approximate return, or reserve the driver to wait and return under agreed chargeable waiting terms. You can also contact the office when ready, subject to availability. A separate return does not automatically retain the outward car; contact the office if your plans change.
Plan people, bags and stops
Share the passenger count, suitcase and cabin-bag sizes and counts, pushchairs or folding wheelchairs, and any comfort stops or extra addresses. The office will discuss a suitable vehicle and practical assistance.
Need more room? Ask about an estate for extra luggage, or a six-passenger vehicle for a group. For seven or more passengers, enquire with the office. Passenger numbers and luggage are considered together, and the arrangement is subject to availability.

How is the fare agreed for a Portsmouth journey?
The office quotes for the actual collection and destination addresses, direction, date and time, vehicle and agreed extras. Waiting, parking, tolls and extra stops are considered in the total; ask for the price and conditions before confirming. Prepayment may be requested for a collection outside London or a special arrangement.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car: KB confirms the booking by SMS and/or email. If your destination or other material plans change, ask the office to accept the change and confirm any revised price.
Can you take me to a Portsmouth port or ferry terminal?
Yes. Passenger transfers to and from a UK terminal can be arranged, separately from this city-address journey. Give the terminal, operator or sailing, date, check-in deadline, passengers, bags and return plan. For a collection, agree a realistic time when you will be ready, not just the ship’s arrival time.
The car does not cross the Channel. The office agrees a lawful meeting point. If your sailing or terminal changes, ask the office to accept the change and confirm the revised collection and any revised price.
Should I compare rail or coach travel?
Yes—compare the whole journey, including getting to the departure point and reaching your final Portsmouth address. Luggage, a late finish or several stops may make an address-to-address arrangement more suitable for your plans.
Can you help with luggage or limited walking?
Yes. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. Tell the office about your walking, entry and luggage needs so suitable help can be coordinated; let us know if a carer will travel with you, as they need a seat.
KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so discuss boarding and the folded chair alongside your other luggage. If you need an escort inside a building, the office can agree the scope and any charge separately.
